Do I even need my ducts cleaned?
Often, no. Duct cleaning is not something most homes need on a schedule. It is worth it after a renovation, a move, visible mould, a pest problem, or when someone has allergies or asthma. If a free inspection shows your ducts are fine, we will tell you.
What is included in an air duct cleaning?
Every supply and return pressure-cleaned and degreased, air balancing, a furnace, AC coil and water-heater inspection, the main supply and returns swept, J-channel and dryer vent cleaning, unlimited vents, and a before-and-after video - all under a written no-damage guarantee.
Why do you cost more than the $99 robocall?
Because we actually clean the system. Professional HEPA equipment and a few hours of skilled work cost more than $99. The robocall price exists to get someone in your door and sell you a much bigger job.
What if you find mould?
We will not diagnose mould by eye, because you cannot. If we suspect it, we will recommend independent testing before anyone spends a dollar on treatment.
Do you clean dryer vents too?
Yes - dryer vent cleaning is included in every duct cleaning package, and we also do it on its own. Lint in the vent line is the leading cause of dryer fires.
