The coil and water-heater inspection comes with every duct cleaning. The AC coil is actually cleaned on Deluxe Plus ($399.95); on the other packages it is inspected and we tell you if it needs more. Air-duct sanitizing is part of the Deluxe clean ($349.95), and a full furnace cleaning is part of Deluxe Plus ($399.95) - for homes under 3,000 sq ft. Running a commercial space or a new build? Full furnace cleaning starts at $300 - call for a flat quote.

How is this different from duct cleaning?
Duct cleaning clears the vents and ducts. Furnace and coil cleaning goes into the furnace cabinet and the AC coil, and sanitizing adds an antimicrobial treatment through the ducts. It is the deeper end of a full clean.
Do I really need my furnace cleaned?
Not every time. It is worth it if the system is overdue, after a renovation, or if there is a smell you cannot place. If it does not need it, we will tell you.
What does sanitizing do?
It is an antimicrobial treatment applied after the ducts are cleaned. It clears the musty, stale smell that dust and damp leave behind. It is part of the Deluxe and Deluxe Plus cleans.
